Hi, I think this needs to be customized somewhere in the javascript code of tinymce :-( but no experiences there (try to search this forum, if there are no similar posts to get more info but really no idea there  :( )

Same problem here!
If I create an article in Joomla, it works fine with teh option <br>tags

However, when using the textbox in Phoca questbook, it standard use teh <p>tags.

And I wonder how this is possible, as teh Tiny plugin parameters are set for using the <br> tags by default!!

I would say, the same parmaters should be applicable in teh textbox of the Questbook

Hi, search this forum for this, it should be discussed somewhere, try to change parameters by html purifier (try to disable html purifiers and let me know if you get the same behaviour)

Hi Jan
I disabled the purifier in teh MENUitem and in the GENERAL setting.
Also selceted TinyMCE as the standard WYSIWYG editor.

Hi,
If I look in FF with FB, I can see the line to be change, but I cannot locate the file....
With FB you will see only output which is made by the editor.

There are two places, where this can be changed:

- HTML Purifier replace the tag (if you have disabled/enabled it, then this is not the place which change or add it)
- javascript editor creates it, then it needs to be searched in the javascript editoer (in Phoca Guestbook only TinyMCE is working)

Impossible I belief.
A pity it cannot simply be modified
