Hi,
I have installed Phoca gallery in Joomla 1.5.
I allowed users to upload images at Front page.
These users must be registered first and will have permission as Authors.
Everything works perfectly, but when a user has already logged in he is able to upload an image, BUT i can not identify who was or link the image uploaded with the user.
The file upload fomr has only Title, filename and description. It would be nice to have also the author's or user's name or email.
Any help?

Hi, for now only the category can be identified - e.g. if user upload images to his/her category in UCP. Identifying images is in feature request list.

Thanks, but in my site users can upload only to categories I have created. They can not create categories.
So, when a user upload a image in any of MINe categories, I can not know who was it. That's a security matter because any one can upload any image witout being identified.

By the way I ha just experienced a problem. Phoca was working well and I could upload pictures and a user *author* too, but now not even me as administrator may upload images . A message shows out

* Warning! - Failed to move file
* Error. Unable to upload file

However, if I try to upload images not to phocagallery but to joomla directly I can do it. So, something happens with Phoca.
I change chmod on phoca and images folders. I allowed access rights also.
please, help!

Hi, no idea, something will be wrong with permissions or ownership but what exactly, no idea, maybe there is problem with different location, maybe some links which are created are using wrong location path so it cannot be uploaded there
