I'm getting the following installation error when trying to install 2.7.4:

* JFolder::create: Could not create directory
* Warning! Failed to move file.

Not sure why I should get it, as everything meets the system requirements. This happens both with the full package and the ftp installation method

Any ideas?

search this forum. There are some threads with this error.
See: viewtopic.php?f=1&t=7870&start=0 and others.
Enable FTP-Layer.
Check ownership & permissions.
