Hello,

I have a webpage with multiple slideshows (http://www.stdonat.fr/nl/component/content/article/96).
For each slideshow (1 category) I'm using the following command line:

{phocagallery view=category|categoryid=XX|limitstart=1|limitcount=1|bgcolor=AEE0EB|bgcolorhover=AEE0EB|imagebgcolor=AEE0EB|bordercolor=AEE0EB|bordercolorhover=AEE0EB|}

(XX=categorynumber)

Each image has a title that I want to display with the photo. This works fine when you manually skip forwards or backwards through the photo's. But when you click on the 'play'-button. the photo's appear one by one automatically, but without the titles. Any idea how to make the titles appear with the automatic slideshow?


Also, a you can see I have not specified the parameter 'detail'. If I do this, somehow only one photo in the category is shown in the slideshow. I would actually prefer slideshow 6 (JAK lightbox), but when I add the parameter detail=6 the slideshow shows only 1 photo.


Unrelated: Can I combine multiple categories into 1 slideshow? This because I would like to create seperate slideshows in one area of the site (one for each hotelrrom) en a combination (all hotelrooms together) in another part.

Yes, thats right.

{phocagallery view=category|categoryid=XX|limitstart=1|limitcount=1|bgcolor=AEE0EB|bgcolorhover=AEE0EB|imagebgcolor=AEE0EB|bordercolor=AEE0EB|bordercolorhover=

limitcount=1 means, you see only one image.
If you want to see all images in this category change this to eg. 50 if you have 50 images in this category.
By the way limitstart= 1 does not mean the first image. As far as I know limitstart=0 is the first image in a category.

If I set limitcount higher than 1, then multiple photo's from that category are shown on the page. But I don;t want that. I want 1 photo for each category to be shown and when you click on that photo a slideshow opens with all the photo's in that category.

Ok, but does anybody have any idea on how to solve my problem?
It seems to me that the way I'm trying to use Phocagallery would be the same way as most other users would use it. Yet I can not find anything on this forum about the problem....
