I've installed Phoca PDF and seams all installed properly but there is no header info or other info showing up that i put in is there something I'm missing in the install.

just found out what i did; my RewriteRule mad it go to the old PDF system needed to be
- RewriteRule (.*)\/pdf.html$ $1.html?format=pdf [R=301,L]
+ RewriteRule (.*)\/pdf.html$ $1.html?format=phocapdf [R=301,L]
