but. at page1. it show category 1- 12 .

Step 1.) enable pagination in you Menulink to Phoca Gallery Component:
backend --> Menus --> Your Menu with Link to Phoca Gallery Component --> Your Menulink to Phoca Gallery Component --> Menu Item: [ Edit ] --> Parameters (Basic) -->
Show Pagination (Categories View)=Show
Display Select (Categories View)=(as you like)
Save you settings!

Step 2.) enable pagination for categories view in Phoca Gallery Component:
backend --> Components --> Phoca Gallery --> Phoca Gallery Control Panel --> Parameters --> Categories View Settings (List of Categories) -->
Pagination Default Value (Categories View)=5
Save you settings!

Perhaps your Phoca Gallery Parameters are overwritten here.
