How do you align your images when displaying

Guys

I cannot see how to fix this but all my photos (I've only setup one category) seem to be aligned to the right and if the width of the image is not too great then the image just seems aligned right and is fully displayed, otherwise the right of the image is 'chopped' on the right.

I'm using a Rockettheme template

See example here http://www.jamesszubinski.me.uk/phoca1.jpg

Anyone offer advice??

thanks

george

I am having trouble replicating the screenshot, hopefully you fixed already.

Nonetheless, I'll note that the issue looks likes a browser compatibility issue. Your site seems to work fine in Firefox 3.6, and pretty well in Chrome 5.0. The image positioning is off in IE7 and IE8 though.

Sorry IW, I setup the image in the wrong directory, now fixed.

However, don't look at the underlying site - http://www.jamesszubinski.me.uk - I built that site three years ago in james' memory and used the version of phoca available at that time.

I am rebuilding the site to keep it fresh and contemporary, but having a few problems.....

Please can I have an answer to my question - I cannot rebuild the site unless I know what is wrong.

It is NOT a browser issue.

The question is very simple: what params do I need to set so that when an image is loaded it is resized and loaded in the centre of the display panel both vertically and horizontally.

Someone must know.....

Sorry for the misunderstanding, the screenshot looks quite similar to the legacy site.

The popup boxes use the "Front Detail Window Width" and "Front Detail Window Height" parameters under the "Images and Windows Size Settings" section. If you modify the Image sizes, you must also modify the detail window sizes accordingly.

Hope this helps.

Thanks for the clue.

I have varying sizes of images but I have managed to get them centred by doubling the size of the parameter Front Detail Window width. I will gradually reduce this to see if I can get an optimal size.

thanks again
