Hi, I don't use sh404sef so I cannot say what can be wrong there
If the path displayed here is not working, maybe some code were changed in sh404sef plugin ?

Hi,
I can't open add new topic because there was this topic here. I'm having the same problem.
I'm using Phoca Guestbook Component 2.0.5 for Joomla 2.5.4, everything is OK. But when using sh404Sef Component v3.4.6.1269 to SEO , Phoca Guestbook not displayed Captcha. 
Please help me fix this error. Thanks!
