there is an option in phoca gallery settings but that is showing just medium side thumbnails, and I want to show some more large...

As far as I know there is now way to do this. If you want to have larger medium thumbs you must delete them and create them new. See: https://www.phoca.cz/documents/2-phoca-g ... w-resizing
