Should have made myself clear: When I try to add my images to a gallery the first time, the box comes up saying it is creating thumbs and then it goes blank. When I go to my gallery, it has created the first two pictures as thumbs but nothing else. It will not create any more. What I meant by "medium" is that when my localhost site worked, each picture had three thumbs created - a small, a medium and a large. This one only creates one. And as I said, only with the first two images.

So, it seems, the GD function has problem with creating a thumbnail (e.g. large image thumbnail)... Did you try to remove the image which causes the problem... or all images have problem with thumbnail creating? Try to add some other images and try to create from these images thumbnails (e.g. only from one category)... If no thumbnail will be created, maybe there is problem with GD or maybe with memory... but in both cases you should get an error message...

Hi Jan
All images are a problem for thumbs except the first two. I've re-installed Phoca 4 times now and always the same problem. I've tried different pictures, too and it is always the first two, no matter which two they are, that will create thumbs. It's so frustrating because it all worked so perfectly on my localhost site.

Maybe... you get some error message but maybe you have disabled the error reporting...

Look at the error reporting....

Jan - this gets more and more strange. This morning I tried just upload two pictures at a time and it worked. I got cocky, told everyone it was all working and now I can't get thumbs again!
The ones I already installed are fine, I just can't add new ones right now. I'm going to leave it for an hour and come back later to see if it works. But I can think of no logical reason why it is acting like this!

In System Info under PHP Settings it does say "Display Errors - Off". Is that the error reporting you mean and if so, how do I change it?

Yes, it is...

Yes, it is...

Do you have the possibility to chage PHP settings on the server (I think not, if it is a webhosting)?
