Hi,
filipetorres
on your site, some javascript errors are rendered - check all the errors in console, mostly some javascript rendered before plupload renders some javascript error which then prevents from running the plupload mutliple upload function

Maybe you can try to reinstall Phoca Gallery to be sure, no file was corrupted while installing or no file is missing on your server (e.g. some javscript file is missing, which needs to be loaded, etc.) and this can be done for whole Joomla! as e.g. the plupload needs to load Joomla! Jquery library.

On your server, there is no memory for running Joomla! - but what exactly is the problem, really no idea, the memory problem is displayed somewhere in Joomla! libraries function, so I think, you need to ask your webhosting operator - if there is enough memory to run Joomla! or if e.g. on the server there is other problem

I replaced all thumbnails with smaller ones but still get fatal error about memory. If I try to reinstall Phoca gallery component (over current one), will my uploaded pictures and thumbnails remains intact or must I first backup the component so my pictures don't get deleted in the process?

Hi, you don't need to reinstall Phoca Gallery, Phoca Gallery does not create thumbnails, they are created on your server with help of GD library which is a part of Joomla!
You can see the last folder in Phoca Gallery administration (info) to set recommended settings - for best running but really no idea if this help
