I use Phoca Galley with picasa web albums and when signed up for google + found that google+ stopped me accessing the picasaweb albums simple solution if you don't make much use of google+ is ditch it ( Downgrade from Google+ )

Sign in to Google+
Click your full name or email address in the upper right corner of your screen.
Click Account.
In the “Services” section, click Delete profile and remove associated Google+ features.
What happens next: Your Google+ profile, along with your Google+ posts, circles, and other Google+ content, will be deleted. You’ll still be able to access Gmail and most other Google services.

Back to normal use for picasa and web albums ( for me anyway )

I have the same problem with version 3.2.4. Loading picasa album, gives me an error, that album was not found. All albums are public.

Hi, try to check the name if this is correct, etc. Testing now, see no problem

The problem is that album name in google plus can be diffrent that in URL. For example , export from Picasa album myholidays creates an album in google plus myholidays but path in Picassa will be Myholidays and import from Picasa will not work. You can check url name by typing : https://picasaweb.google.com/lh/myphotos?noredirect=1. First letter is always big but in album name can be small , also spaces are dropped, national characters are converted. The best solution is creating albums with first capital letter and no special characters.

Public and Private.

Set Picasa (Google+) User: you can use G+ ID ("your_email") or full email ("your_email@gmail.com"), but not "Your Name" as appears in your account.

Album is Public:
If you enter album name - Picasa Album not found. Check the Album field.
Only Album ID working, but it is tricky to take it from URL bar.
