I'm thinking that I have found the wrong plugin! I removed JCE-editor. After this action worked phocadownload.

Wat can I do if I want to use JCE-editor and Phocadownload?
Do you know an other editor program?

Did you check the joomla default editor TinyMCE 2.0 ?
