finally I solved!!!

the problem wasn't the visualization, but the creation of thumbnails


thumbnails _s_ _m_ and _l_ were cutted when created


now I changed a configuration parameter and tumbnails are OK!

The default parameters have "Thumbnail Creation Settings" configured with the "Crop Thumbnail" option set to the "Medium and Small Thumbnail". This ensures that your thumbnails are all the same size and no disproportional scaling is necessary to accomplish such uniformity. Setting this option to "None" should give you un-cropped images in the JAK Lightbox display.
