So, I don't know, because Phoca Gallery has no problems with installation on Joomla! 1.5 ... It is RC3?
I'm a complete idiot.
Thanks to jan and others at phoca for taking the time to work thru my problem which was NOT a problem at all.
I simply did not take the time to see what version of joomla i was using on the host site and assumed it was a Rc from 1.5. Duh......
