Hi, yes I see, but the difference between both is, the fist display the image directly (image link), the second (not working) display the link to ifram where the images will be loaded. So there is still problem to display correctly link to detail view (the first doesn't create link to detail view, it creates link to image directly).

Does that give us a clue as to how we might solve it?

Hi, in fact I have no idea why the second link is not correctly created, so I cannot say how to solve it

I know SEF links are working and I know how to do hack to use not menu links as SEF links (the itemid will be taken from some menu link) but if this all was made and it still is not working

if there is some other problem with not correctly created link, then only disabling SEF can help

I seem to have the exact same problem. I tried to create a dummy menu as described in the article, but without success.

For example:

{phocagallery view=category|categoryid=4|limitstart=0|limitcount=0|detail=3|displayname=1|displaydetail=1|imageshadow=shadow1}

works but

{phocagallery view=category|categoryid=4|limitstart=0|limitcount=0|detail=4|displayname=1|displaydetail=1|imageshadow=shadow1}

does not. Please try and solve this!

I have the exact same error after adding an album with 1.6.2
I added the pictures with Multi Add, created the thumbnails and everything is set to publishes/Authorized.

I am using the category view with the code in an article so i can list the folders in a new menu block.

Then a message is showing that the category is not published while it is published.
What can i do to show the pictures ?

I am testing it and get no such behaviours, try to check your Joomla! installation
