I am testing it now on Joomla 5 or Joomla 6, see no problem with Czech, if the order is made in German language:

Hard to say what can be wrong there:
- maybe czech is not a default language
- maybe the strings need to be saved as variables (test new order)
- is really multilanguage enabled for Phoca Cart (not only for Joomla itself)

I reinstall all language - Joomla and Phoca Cart.
PC - Setup language front.
Joomla setup lang - ALL PUBLISH and setup lang German (www.german.at,www.german.de) / Czech (www.czech.cz)
As default for front and backend.
Install 6.1 beta6
Testing

Hi, the default_price column is now:
`default_price` DECIMAL( 15, 4 ) NOT NULL DEFAULT '0',

if it is OK in your database, hard to say why Joomla sends this info message to you, then this is much more a question on Joomla
