IT'S OK

I have remplaced at the line 348 (categories.php) and 437 (category.php)
order by Rand()' BY order by ordering'

To find the line:
Open this folder.php in Dreamweaver or Adobe GoLive CS or other
The number of line is in your left
Or make a CTRL F to find function _getRandomImageRecursive

Then the first picture of categroy will be display

or just use some notepad, e.g. notepad++ to see the lines...
