did you choose a category in Basic Options of mod_phocagallery_image ?
This category must contain images!! It will not work, if a category contains only the subcategories.

Hi,
I don't see Phoca Gallery Image Modul at your site. But I found Phoca Gallery Component v2.5.8
The current version is 2.7.6 Perhaps you should upgrade.
If you want to use Phoca Gallery Image Modul, Component and Modul should be the same version.
The current versin of Phoca Gallery Image Modul is v2.7.5

BTW, make a complete file and databasebackup before upgrading!
