hi, no in phoca guestbook. you werde talking about the UCP not working when I set the user control auf no.

In Phoca Guestbook, there is no UCP, so it cannot be disabled

well it's there written in the "komponentenparameter"
(in german): nutzer überprüfen abschalten

and i set that to yes

Hi, this means, you can check, if the added user name and email will be check. If yes, nobody other than registered user can use the name and email of some registered user.
