remove ordering and display number in phoca gallery

good day, use phoca gallery joomla 3.0 with 4.0 and would like to know if you can eliminate the pop-up menu ORDERING DISPLAY NUM and the various galleries inserted.
I can not remove it.
I followed several guides but no one can give me information about version 4.0 of phoca gallery.

I can not attach the picture. Entering in the photo below you will see a menu "ORDERING" and "DISPLAY NUM" that allows you to sort your photos by ascending, descending, title etc. ..... and change the number of photos to display.

Yes, you can hide the ordering and num in parameters of menu link to phoca gallery.
