Set a default category in upload page.

is there any way without hacking core files to set a default category in upload page?

Some people may not be able to figure to select a category. If you are using a default cat for upload would be nice to set it up some how.

I saw an old post related: https://www.phoca.cz/forum/viewtopic.php?t=38808

But seems a hack and will loose changes on updates.
