Allowed mime types

Post by alsthom »

Hello,
I am using the 4.0.7 phoca cart on joomla 4.3.1
---
I am trying to add some digital products with .rwp extension (rwp is actually zip and it's used in train simulator game)
So I go to options, then form and then I try to add this {rwp=application/x-zip}
But with no luck. I try to upload this rwp after that and there is always an error (not allowed)
That edit (I mean this {rwp=application/x-zip} )..is working fine in phoca downloads but not at phoca cart :(
---
Am I doing something wrong? Please give me your advise. Thank you

Hi, where exactly do you upload this file?

Did you set the correct parameter (frontend|backend)?

Yes. I set it at backend and frontend, too {rwp=application/x-zip} but it still doesn't allow me to upload theese files
I am trying to upload this in the product tab. I am creating a new product and in Public Download File I am trying to upload this rwp file....
Error is "Illegal or invalid mime type detected."

Hi, can you paste a screenshot of place where you try to upload them and where you get the error?

Hi, what value has this parameter: Enable XSS Check?

What happens, when you disable checking mime types? With parameter "Ignore File Types Checking"?

I give up!
I have enabled the option "ignore file types..."
I tried to upload a .rwp file .It says that it's too big! I set that option to 0 (no limit) and tried to upload the file. Guess what? Illegal or invalid mime type detected !!!!
Never mind. I will upload as zip those files. At least I can upload zip files

Hi, the question is, if the error message is not invoked e.g. in Joomla or server system then
