"Reward Points" make disappears spedition info and tracking code on "orders" page

Sorry for the previous post,
but after several tests i discovered it's not the Free Delivery that hides delivery infos, but the Reward Points.

Making an order without Reward Points i can view the order spedition infos and tracking code on the "orders" page.

But if i order a product that has "Reward Points", the "orders" page doesn't display anymore the infos: no info about spedition type and no info about the tracking code (also after insert the tracking code).

It's an issue or my wrong setup?

Hi, can you paste more details to know what happens? Can you paste some screenshots? What do you mean with "orders" page?

As you can see:
- order WITHOUT reward points, i can see delivery/shipping infos and i can add tracking code (if any)
- order WITH reward points, delivery/shipping infos disappears.
