Hi!
I wonder if it is possible to start shopping in the online shop (to reserve a product and to reduce the item in stock) and to finalize in POS, when the customer is in the shop and wants to buy the reserved product?

hello,
the first part you can arrange that to set the stock amount change on order status pending.
use pay on delivery als payment.
use accounts for your customers.
when customer is at the store, in POS lookup the customer and (iff i remember correctly) you will see all orders and you can do a checkout on POS for that order..
currently i don't have a POS available so i can not check it to be sure..
if not possible in POS, then you have to change the order status in Phoca Cart.. but you don't have te integration with POS, ticket, ATM, etc.
