Where edit categories list - headline

where can I edit categories layout view. Specifically, change the category title from H3 to H2.

Hi,
Category header in categories list can be changed in layout file (which can be overriden by template):

components\com_phocacart\layouts\categories_category.php

Product header can be changed in Options:
