Error: 0 - Class 'PhocacartRenderStyle' not found

Hi,

I upgraded to latest Cart component and it works all fine with category views.

I added the latest Cart Module, and it gives this error

Error: 0 - Class 'PhocacartRenderStyle' not found

Then I tried the latest Product Scroller module and got this message.....

Error: 0 - Call to undefined method PhocacartRenderMedia::loadBase()

Any ideas where to look, I notice the file datetime stamps of the component are OLDER than those of the module, so is it possible we need a later component update?

Hi, just enable debug mode and error reporting in Joomla! Configuration to get info where this problem occurs. Will be great to get the file an line (which is displayed by debug) so I can fix it in next version.

Hi Jan, thanks for the speedy response.

I switched those items on.

However, the error does not show any debug info.

I will PM you admin details to login, I am sure that will be easier for you to looksee. I can also arrange ftp access as well for you.

Hi, thank you for the access,your version of Phoca Cart is 3.0.0 but the module version is 3.3.0

Anyway, your template does not display correct information wen debug mode is no.

If you will get some error in future, the best way is to get the info is to rename the error.php which is inside your template to e.g. xxxerror.php (this means that standard error.php will be used and the problem will be displayed).



After checking the error you can then rename the error.php back

For now, just update all Phoca Cart extensions (component, modules, plugins) to version 3.3.1

Thanks Jan, I downloaded from your website and it works ok.

Just to let you know I actually installed PhocaCart using the web installer, and altho it says 3.3.1, it actually installs 3.0.0 which is where it went wrong. Once this was installed, I installed all the modules downloaded from your site, hence the problem that the component was out of date.

Screenshot shows what the web installer does.

Hi, unfortunately, the install from WEB does not include up-to-date information.

Please see Phoca website for newest files. But now, you will be just informed in Joomla! Extension manager about the updates or in Phoca Cart Extensions - in administration of Phoca Cart:
