Trouble displaying both Landscape portrait picture

Hi all,

I've created a joomla website for our local photoclub and PhocaGallery is the perfect things for us: we are 30-50 member and each can have his own gallery (each gallery as a category), upload picture, changing name ....

All seems working very properly and quickly but i have a trouble or a setting i can t do properly: display picture with both side (landscape and portait): each time a member upload a portrait picture, it is cropped as landscape (because i've set it as landscape) for all type of picture size...

here is what i ve set:
Paramètres taille fenêtre et détail
Largeur grandes images: 1024
Hauteur grandes images: 768
Largeur image moyenne: 200
Hauteur image moyenne 200
Largeur petites images 100
Hauteur petites images 100
Largeur fenêtre détails 1024
Hauteur fenêtre détails 768

on this exemple affiche01 is normaly portrait size but it was generated with my parameter on landscape one... but original file is Height 1706 x Width 1251 px

In another term how to set up picture rotate automaticly on same type of picture ? is there something to set up anywhere else

Hi back,

On page 3 of the forum, i ve found my answer:

"set the Crop Thumbnails function to None in:
Phoca Gallery Options --> Thumnails
delete the cropped thumbnails and recreate them once more."
