Phoca Facebook Module not Syncing with website

Post by snipie »

Hello.

I'm trying to get the facebook comment module to work but somewhere i must forgetting a minor thing.

I followed the documentation and the setup of the module is 100% the same.
Also the app is created on the facebook developpers page and is in live modus.

The comment plugin shows up on the website but if someone posts a message it will not show on the facebook account.
I'am getting a message on facebook that someone has commented on the article on the website but if i click it i get the following error:
https://postimg.org/image/6gfcmeru9/

If i look at the settings of the page there are no restrictions at all.

Use this to show the same comments on your website and your Page on Facebook. Learn more

Please help!
What am i doing wrong?

Joomla version is 3.5.6.

Thanks in advance.

Hi, hmmm, I think, this is more much a question on Facebook developers. This should be some issue inside the FB application

Hi, the best way is to update to Joomla! 3.x including the module. If this is not possible, to hide thise developers warnings, see:
