I have tried the Zones and the Regions to set up taxes. I am wanting tax for one state. If it is controlled by the Region, is there a way to change the name?

I am also interested in having two prices. One for a registered user and one for the guest checkout. Is this possible?

Hi, you can change the name of "Region" in Joomla! language override.
You can set different prices for different customer groups.
