I am new to Phoca and want to know if I can link to external PDF and InDesign documents as well as linking to external css and js files?

if you are talking from Phoca Download Component, yes it's possible to use 'External Links'.

The image is now showing; many thanks. I feel a bit stupid, but just one small problem - where is the 'File new'. 'File' is not a normal Joomla tab and I cannot find it even through the Phoca down load.
