Photo sizing in slideshow

My name is Everett. I have a j 3.8.2 site. I am using phoca slideshow plugin. I want the slideshow to fit the images I insert in shadow box form. I have one on a page and it works. It carried over from old site and I just swapped the originals and thumbs. The next is new. The thumbs were generated. They do not fit the slideshow as I instructed. It is not using the original, as I instructed. This is what I am using: {pgslideshow id=1|width=535|height=802|delay=3000|image=0}
Latest plugin. The other one works fine. Please if there is any instruction of direction to knowledge base I would appreciate very much.
