When I click on category to the enclosed images the images are displayed with what assume in the Parent Category and Child Category of the images!
In my case it is displaying a parent category that does not exist anywhere I look including the database!

It should NOT say "Villa Creek Ranch Photo Gallery" it just say "Ranch Photos" and there is NO Category, Page Tile, Module or Extension named "Villa Creek Ranch Photo Gallery"

I know I'll feel foolish if someone comes up with the answer, but right now I can't find where this being set!

Hi, the gallery takes the name from the title value of the image. Can you paste a screenshot of edit of the e.g. first image. Which version of Phoca Gallery do you use? Was it somehow customized or is e.g. template override used?
