Product options

Hi,

I want to use phoca cart as a mix of catalog and eshop. Some products should be directly buyable, some should only have an "ask a question"-button, e.g. showroom kitchens.

Is this possible? If yes, how :-) ? I searched in the documentation, but didn't find answers to that question.
