Error “Class ‘Factory’ not found” in Phoca Cart on Joomla 5

Hi everyone,
I’m using Joomla 5 with the latest version of Phoca Cart installed. I’ve encountered an issue in the “Products” section: when I open a product and click the “Customer Group - Prices” button, I get the following error:

Class 'Factory' not found
It appears there might be some incompatibility or a missing namespace reference under Joomla 5.

which version of Phoca Cart exactly do you use?

When you enable debug mode and display errors, can you paste here whole error message including trace (so we know from which part the error comes)
