Using Beta71;
I've set up two customer groups, the default one, and one for user that will get a discount.
Now after loggin in as a user from the discount group I noticed there are no categories or products to be seen.
Seemingly all categories and products were assigned to the customer group 'default'. I can empty this field for the categories to make them visible, but if I try to empty the user group field in a product it just resets to 'default'.
Unsetting the default group doesn't seem to work but manually adding the new usergroup to every category and product manually doesn't seem logical. How should this be managed?

Re: Using customer groups
followup question.
I see the discount for the usergroup is working but I don't see any visual indication that there is a usergroup discound applied.
Subtotaal: € 418,95
Coupon: - € 33,54
Totaal: € 301,62
When checking the math, 418,95*0.8 (20% discount usergroup) - 33.54 it checks out to 301,62.
I would expect something like;
Subtotaal: € 418,95
Discount: - € 83,79 (20%)
Coupon: - € 33,54
Totaal: € 301,62

Re: Using customer groups
Hi, thank you for the info, the assigning problem fixed in version 5.0.0Beta75:

What do you exactly mean with displaying the discount, testing the checkout now, seems OK for me:

Re: Using customer groups
Hi Jan,
1. How did you display the Cart Discount?
1b. I hid the shipping price with css but is there a way to hide this if it's 0?
2. The new user I made still doesn't see any products though, do I need to add the new user group manually to all products? Or can I set all products to be shown to all users instead of a specific group?

Re: Using customer groups
1. Phoca Cart > Customer Groups > Create new Group
2. Phoca Cart > Customers > Edit customers and in Group Options tab assign them to newly created group that will be used for Discount. Leave Default group, just add new Group.
3. Phoca Cart > Discount > Create new or edit existing discount and assign Customer Group for Discount.
Every user loged in that is assigned to Discount group will see discount in Cart module and Checkout view.
@Jan thanx. It works now.
