Link to Manufacturers and his items

Is it possible to create a link to a manufacturer and the objects he makes?
I have used the tag but I would like the destination page to also contain the manufacturer's description.

Hi, for now, there is no such option as mostyl manufacturers info can be set in articles :idea:
