feature request - partly refund

Hello,
add a option to partly refund a order. Currently the only way is to give a order the refund status.
it would be nice to have a option to mark items in the order (items and/or amount if more then 1) that will be refunded.
after that a new order (with the changes) and refund invoice will be generated.
on the inititial order and invoice there will be mark / remark of the refunded items / amount.
and if possible / supported by the payment gateway when a order (partly) is refunded the money transfer will be arranged also.
