Feature request - customer profile

Hello,
it would be nice to have some extented features added to the customer profile.
- Multiple invoice addresses (mark one as default)
- multiple shipping addresses (mark one as default)
on checkout the can select / add / delete addresses. also in the customer profile add address management.
- add option to default payment selection.
in case of multiple payment gateway's add option to select a default.
- add option to default shipping selection.
in case of multiple shipping gateway's add a option to select a default.
that way, checkout page / steps can be faster and one step checkout.
- add option to define B2C or B2B account
B2C prices include tax
B2B prices excl. tax
