Customer email not sending

Hello,
I am having problems with emails that should be sent automatically to customers. I have set everything up in the Order Statuses, pending. All new orders go in as pending. The php test emails are working correctly. I am also correctly getting the emails to "Email (others). But the customer emails does not work.

I have also noticed (as per the following picture), that the email is missing from the email field when looking at the customer information in the order.

Hi, yes, this seems to be the reason for not sending the email.

Is the customer registered user or guest user made a guest checkout?

If registered users - can you see email in Joomla! User Management for this user?
If guest user - is the "email" field required?

Hi, thank you for your reply.
The customer is completing as guest and the email field is required.

So, there needs to be some debug why the email was not added when making order. Did you test to make some order on your site as guest (is possible to make an order without leaving email?)

Hi, not it is not possible to continue without email. There is a pop-up that says "Please fill out this field".
Yes I am testing myself as a guest with different emails.

And when you test it, add the email, etc. Is the email stored in your order?

Everything is normal when you put the order through as a customer. Email is included. But it does not show up in the billing address tab like on your picture above.

Hi, which version do you use? Do you get the same problem in version 3.5.4?
