I am trying Phoca Cart 3.4.0 Beta in 4.0.0-alpha12-dev
to test both locally in wamp 3 but also live
however, when I open the staring wizard, only welcome screen will come.
If I want to make moderate categories and / or articles I also get errror.

Yes, I also noticed this problem and the solution is not to install Phoca Cart v3.x.x into Joomla! v4.x.x.
Phoca Cart is not ready yet for Joomla! v4.x.x.
If there is a version for Joomla! v4.x.x, it will also be named Phoca Cart v4.x.x.
