Hi! My joomla again does not see update 3.1.6.
Perhaps the problem is that I have already updated Joomla to the latest 3.9.2?

Hi, updating Joomla! should not influence Joomla! extension manager to get info about newest versions

I have reuploaded the manifest again. Try to see the admin now and let me know.
