i want to override the layout folder to change some elments, how can i make it?

Hi, Phoca Cart uses standard Joomla! layout override features, so you can do it the same way like in Joomla! for articles (you can download e.g. Phoca Premiere template or Joomforrest Simone template and take a look at the overrides in these templates)
