Hi,

I've installed PhocaEmail on Joomla 3.9.19.
I follow all possible tutos on it, and i still can't translate the button "Suscribe" in french "S'abonner". I try a language subtitution too, and it doesn't change anything.
So i uninstall and re-install all. I put the packet french for the composant : "fr-FR.com_phocaemail.zip"
Then idem for module "fr-FR.mod_phocaemail_newsletter-v3.zip". and it doesn't translate this button "Suscribe" on the formular.
I try again a subtitution of language, it doesn't change anything. Of course, i erase the cache. Still same.

I try to copy manually files :
/language/fr-FR/ and administrator/language/fr-FR
It doesn't do anything different. I got the button Suscribe, and not my button "S'abonner".

Please, can someone help me ?
Now I'm at a standstill. Can someone help me and tell me what to do to solve this translation problem?

Hi,
not sure which french language pack for Phoca Email Component you use, because there are two available. (One for J1.5 and one for j3.x)
You need to use this one.
With this one it works out of the box:
