Phoca Email - Images not displaying in html email

Hi - have just installed Phoca Email and sent test email...
However, no image (embedded in main email content) was displayed in the test HTML email I sent..?
Additionally, the article I included in my test email had an image, but this did not display / was broken link in my test.
Have I configured this component incorrectly?
I have been into options and set all as I required, so not sure why this would be occurring?

Hi, see guides and similar questions in code, it is difficult to send the email with images as it can include wrong path. Download latest version (3.0.0 under Joomla! 3). There is a feature which tries to correct the image paths - from relative path to full path, so the image can be displayed - but there can be a lot of conflicts - e.g. email client do not display image, editor in Joomla! do not save the image path standard way, Html message needs to be enabled, etc.
