I want to have my menu in 4 different languages, but not on the same "page".
Is that a posibility?

If you set group or item with specific language, it will be displayed only on the language site, see:

https://www.phoca.cz/restaurantmenudemo/en/daily-menu (english version)
switching to german version with clicking on flag will change the lanugage:
https://www.phoca.cz/restaurantmenudemo/de/tagesmenu

It works the same way like by Joomla! articles.

yes I want it as it is on the demopage, but I don't want all 4 languages on the whole website,
Just in the restaurantmenu and I want to write the translation myself (not googletranslation)

Hi, on the demo page, the translation is made manually in the Phoca Restaurant Menu items, it is not Google translation. The used method is standard Joomla! method - multilanguage feature, so it translates all the pages.

If you want to write 4 different menus, then e.g. you can use PRO version where you can do more lists - 4 lists for each language in Food menu (Bill Of Fare) and then based on menu link options, you can set how they will be displayed:

- they can be all displayed in one list on one page
- or you can create 4 menu links to each langauage version
