Every time I try to get 3.1.2 it downloads as 3.1.2 Lite. It is installed as Lite and then Joomla recognizes that there is 3.1.2 available and says there is an update. Checking the version on the Phoca site shows us having 3.1.2 Lite, but shows the latest version as 3.1.2. How can we get 3.1.2 - not 3.1.2 Lite?
