Question - Should Marker Description open when marker is clicked?

Post by dc41 »

A client has requested that the office name and address open when their marker is click (similar to what you see in sponsored markers that appear nearby). I assume this is what the Marker Description is for. Is that correct?

If so, I can't get it to display. I've added text to the description field and set the height and width. But the popup contains only the marker name. Can someone provide me with a little help?

Thanks!

Hi,
Update your Phoca Maps to v4.0.1Beta or at least to v4.0.0 stable and it should work as expected with both google and osm maps.

I upgraded to 4.0.1Beta, but it still didn't work... until I cleared my cache! Thanks for the help, Benno!
