Hello Phoca Team,
I have a few questions regarding the usage of the "Phoca Maps plug-in" and it's "Get Route Function", which I have been using for years now and on many client websites.
Due to the newly implemented EU Data Protection (EUDATAP) I need to know exactly, what kind of sensible user information is being sent to google - if any?
It has come to my attention that I need to inform visitors to my websites on exactly what kind of user information (such as IP addresses etc.) is being sent to other companies trough the plug-ins that I am using.
This plug-in works with google maps, does it not? If so, I have read that whenever google map is being used, google automatically receives data from this user.
This is forbidden by the new Data Protection (EUDATAP). Therefore, I would be forced to delete all the Phoca Maps plug-in from all websites.
I hope this is not the case and I still would like to use your great plug-in! :-)
Is there anything else, that I or the users should be informed about and can you give me an official statement for this plug-in, that i could post on my website on the privacy policy page?
Perhaps a statement in German and/or in English?

habe mir Ihre Firmenseite angesehen. Es besteht dort eine Datenschutzerklärung. In Moment, ohne dem Hinweis auf Google Map, bei Punkt 4. Nehme an, weil in Moment keine GM aktiviert ist.
Hier nun grundsätzliche Informationen:
a) GM mit API Schlüssel, siehe dazu: https://forum.joomla.de/thread/5550-goo ... /?pageNo=1
1. post betreffend 11. Juni 2018 mit weiteren Diskussionen zweckes Alternativen usw.
b) ein Hinweis in der Datenschutzerklärung auf Google Map inkludiert auch diesen Link: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de&gl=de
c) Letzter post vom 1. Link, führt zu: https://www.phoca.cz/news
Sie haben ja auf Ihrer Seite auch einen Hinweis auf die RA Kanzlei e-Recht. Setzen Sie sich daher mit ihm in Verbindung. Siehe Punkt b).
