Street View not working

Hi All,
This is a continuing issue.
Have just installed Phoca Maps and, after a few teething problems, have got a map displayed. Unfortunately Street View does not work properly. If I drag the yellow figure the roads turn blue, but only offer me stock photographs - not the ability to navigate through the area.

In the back end the map works perfectly!

Hi, testing here:

without any problem

Did you correctly set the API keys:

Hi Jan,
Have checked all demos - work fine (as does the back end view) and double checked Google APIs - all seem OK: - My key includes the following, all enabled.
Google Maps Directions API
Google Maps Distance Matrix API
Google Maps Elevation API
Google Maps Embed API
Google Maps Geocoding API
Google Places API Web Service
Google Street View Image API
Things stopped working after new template install (checked this and it is OK) and update to Joomla 3.8.4 (now on 3.8.5)

Hmm, I don't think, Joomla! version will change something there but maybe if the template uses some javascript which can be in conflict with the map (really cannot imagine what can be in conflict) - what happens when you switch the template for tests only?

Hi Jan,
Street View displays perfectly using Purity. The template authors have asked about the possibility of a JQuery conflict and the ability to disable JQuery in the back end. Can't see any option o do this. Is this an avenue we should follow?

Hi, hmmm hard to say, Phoca Maps does not load the jQuery library so there is no option to disable it
